This home is one of my favorites in the neighborhood - it is basically a P&H Phase 1 Style 1, however there are many interesting details that set this home apart. The end of the house has clerestory windows for additional lighting, the siding battons portray a 2x2' grid instead of the typical 1' vertical spans, and there is all that wonderful ornamental brick - simply lovely.
