Light and Bright!

Situated on a level, well landscaped lot, this lovely California contemporary tri-level home has been well-maintained and has many upgraded systems. The homeowners have also done interior renovations during the course of their ownership. In addition, they are offering a $3000 flooring allowance to the buyer at closing.

Enter the home on the main level, to reveal a truly open plan among the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The kitchen was renovated in 2003, and its expanded area features a plethora of rich custom maple cabinetry, black appliances and countertops. The skylight was replaced in 2006. Halogen lighting, vaulted tongue-and-groove ceilings, and exposed beams finish off this level. One can access the backyard via the sliding door off the dining room. The living room has a huge picture window overlooking the front yard.

Upstairs, the original hardwood floors lay underneath the carpet in the bedrooms and hallway. The master bedroom, remodeled in 1990, in which a wall was removed between it and the front bedroom, is now spacious and complete with a sitting area and built-in bookcase, The 2nd bedroom is currently being used as an office. The one-and-a-half bathrooms, also known as the “Hollywood Bath” was updated in 2004 with fixturing, lighting, ceramic tile, and maple cabinetry, The vaulted ceilings are also throughout this level, with a skylight in the hallway.
