This house is atypical of most homes in Hidden Acres, which tend towards extensive ranch with more traditional elements. This house is unusual and included because of the extended gables (forming pagoda-like forms in the gables), white brick skirting, unadorned windows and wrought iron. I particularly like the all white color palette, so different from what most homeowners consider decorative. The exterior exudes a particular sophistication and style with it's simple lines, hinting at the mid century modern esthetic. I'm curious about the interior - is it traditional or modern? I hope to some day find out!
